Site Licensing

A company or organization, hereinafter referred to as the site, purchases a site license for use of the software by the site. The following bullets describe the main requirements and limitations of a site license:

• Site use only: A site license authorizes a site to use the software on devices owned and operated by the site and its members for site business purposes only. Individual use requires single user licensing.
• License device count: When purchasing a site license, you specify the number of devices onto which the software will be installed. The software is thus licensed to be installed on a maximum of that many devices only. Note that the greater the site license device count, the greater the overall discount per device is for the site license.
• Site administrator: A site license requires a site administrator who will be the point of contact and who will be the person who ensures compliance with the site license requirements and limitations.

Purchasing a new site license

Choose the product and site license size you want to purchase followed by the site administrator's name and email address, then click the Add to Basket button.

Adding to an existing site license

Choose the product for which you currently have a site license and enter your current site license size. Then enter the number of devices by which you want to increase your current site license, enter the site administrator's name and email address, then click the Add to Basket button.

Pricing

Example: If you want to determine the price of a 55 device site license, first determine the base site license price, which is $849.50 for a 50 device site license. Then add five times $14.99, which is the price per device above 50. The total price for a 55 device site license is thus 1 x $849.50 + 5 x $14.99 = $924.45.
